We asked Doug what type of roof best describes him: “Impact resistant, Owens Corning, Duration Storm, Teak color because it’s a simple, but immaculate shingle, impervious to the everyday damages of life and easily fit within most people’s budgets.” Doug grew up working construction for the family business. There, he learned valuable skills such as carpentry, framing, and roof structure installation. As he grew within the company, Doug took on supervisor and site foreman rolls. Eventually, he left the family construction business to earn his Bachelors degree and went on to work in managing and directing several non-profit organizations. After some time in the non-profit sector, his love for construction and helping customers better their homes and businesses returned as he transitioned to commercial and residential roofing project manager. He takes great pride in representing Elite and he prides himself on honoring the four principles in which the Elite Roofing was founded; Faith, Family, Honesty and Integrity.
