Meet Elite Roofing’s Senior Project Manager: Cody Stammers!

In today’s Meet Elite piece, we sat down with Cody Stammers, senior project manager here at Elite Roofing. Cody has been in the roofing industry for 20 years and has been an integral part of our team since 2016.

When did you enter the roofing industry?
I started full time in 2003.
As part of the Elite team, what do you enjoy most about your job?
Getting to work outside in beautiful Colorado.
Do you have previous work experience, in the industry or otherwise, that helped prepare you for your current role at Elite?
I started spending time on construction sites at age 6 while accompanying my father on job sites, learning all facets of construction. Following that, I pursued my passion for the outdoor industry as a sales and marketing rep, where I learned about building relationships with clients rather than aggressively trying to make a quick sale.
What are you most proud of when it comes to Elite’s success to date?
I’m proud of the continued high praise and great reviews we receive from our clients!
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Alleviating the stress from our clients that can come with the storm restoration process.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy traveling the world and exploring new places, along with chasing the best snow conditions in the world to snowboard.
What are your favorite sports teams?
The Denver Nuggets and the Minnesota Vikings.
Leading Elite’s Solar Effort
Cody Stammers has been with Elite Roofing since 2016, and he has consistently shown strong dedication to excellent customer service and quality roofing work. His efforts have earned a lot of repeat customers over the years, as customers consistently mention him by name in glowing reviews for Elite’s roofing work.
As we’ve transitioned to add solar installation to our service offerings, Cody has been at the forefront as well! Cody leads our solar installation team to ensure projects go smoothly while consulting with potential customers to help them decide whether solar makes sense for their home.
