Suddenly we had a leak in the ceiling of our loft. We called ELITE and got an appointment for someone to determine the problem. Al came out and found the problem and an we got an appointment date for repair. He photographed the damage to the ceiling to help determine where the leak was. After calculations, we were given an estimate. We were put on a cancellation list and fortunately, Al was able to come back a week sooner than originally planned. He was very personable and explained the situation and how to repair it. He worked diligently up there for quite a while, and when he came down, he said, “ I fixed it and it’s not going leak anymore!!” We were very pleased with ELITE! The staff is outstanding too.

What a breath of fresh air! Elite Roofing did such an amazing job removing a metal chimney and repairing the roof and were such a pleasure to work with. This project started out as a nightmare with the original roofing company refusing to uphold the warranty after replacing the roof and not removing or properly sealing the chimney. Then calling around to different 5 star roofing companies being treated incredibly rude because it wasn't a total roof replacement was so disheartening. It was such a relief when Elite Roofing answered the phone, it was like being safely woken up from a bad dream. Every step of the process was smooth and I felt very taken care of with each interaction. I highly recommend them to take care of your roofing needs!

Elite lives up to their name! I had a small roof repair job that was left over from a builder issue . . . and Randy and his team stepped up and made everything right. The way that Elite handled all parts of the job . . . from scheduling to site visit to repair/cleanup to closeout . . . was FLAWLESS. The tech that showed up for the visit and the repair was an absolute professional. He was outgoing and clearly communicated what he'd found and what he was going to do. After the repair was completed, he stayed and made sure that everything was cleaned up and that I was a happy customer. I wish more service companies were like Elite. They made it easy from start to finish, treated me like a valued customer, and stand head and shoulders above other companies we had considered. They will be my "go to" company in the future, and I could not give them a higher recommendation when you are looking for Elite service.
