I needed to replace the roof on my 1893 home that had at least 3 layers of asphalt and 1 wood shingles. This was literally the roof over our heads. I worked with Chad, who was not a sales person, but rather he was the project manager who was my point of contact from start to finish. I never experienced any hard sales pressure. In fact, he was more focused on ensuring that I had all the information to make an informed comfortable decision. Roof install was smooth, great crew and when I asked about a minor issue Chad immediately rectified it before I could ask how we should proceed. It really was minor and I was never concerned that it would be an issue to address. Never once was I concerned about this home improvement project thanks to Chad.
